Velocity, churn, and PR cycle time
How fast code ships, and what it costs to get there.

Line additions and deletions over time, the churn ratio between them, and PR cycle time from open to merge. High churn can signal rewrites or AI-generated output that isn't sticking. Slow cycle time often points to review bottlenecks or PRs that are too large to assess quickly.

Author breakdown
Who's shipping, at what pace, and how cleanly.

Per-author commit counts, additions, deletions, churn ratios, and PR cycle time, all visible at the repo level. You can see where review lag is concentrated, which contributors are opening large PRs, and where code is landing cleanly.

Filtering
Slice it however the question needs.

Filter by date range, branch, author, or repo. Outlier commits (mass imports, automated dependency updates, large refactors) are excluded by default using a P99 filter, with P95 available. The signal stays clean.
